Join a Key Project within the Ambatovy Operation!We are seeking a proactive, organized, and versatile Project Coordinator (local candidate) to manage planning, cost control, materials tracking, field coordination, and reporting on a fast-paced industrial site.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Control

Maintain and update master project schedules
Apply Earned Value techniques for progress tracking
Support project engineers throughout all execution phases

Materials Management

Initiate and oversee purchase requisitions and material orders
Coordinate with material supervisors for equipment delivery tracking
Ensure timely booking and delivery of all site equipment

Cost Control

Work with finance and contracts teams to monitor expenditures
Produce consolidated cost forecasts and financial progress reports

Site Coordination

Oversee site execution and logistics
Support field operations with real-time troubleshooting and resource planning
Ensure all activities adhere to technical and compliance standards

Reporting & Compliance

Compile essential data for monthly reporting
Align execution with Ambatovy's project framework and standards

HSEQ Standards

Promote and uphold Health, Safety, Environment & Quality protocols
Participate in audits, emergency drills, and reviews of non-conformances
Guarantee environmental and duty-of-care compliance across all activities

Skilled in planning, reporting, and working on industrial sites
Comfortable navigating dynamic field conditions
Proficient in Malagasy, French, and English
