- You will administer customer service programs and activities under direct supervision.
- You will provide support for routine and standard customer service tasks and activities to provide superior services and enhance customer satisfaction.

- You will provide product/service related information to respond to customer inquiries.
- You will perform generally repetitive routine tasks such as data gathering, entering, and validation.
