
Warehouse Depot Manager

- Manage all warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, to ensure efficient processes.
- Ensure stock integrity through accurate stock reconciliation and reporting, ensuring inventory availability to meet customer demand. (in the field and in the ERP)
- Manage the warehouse contract with the suppliers in line with the company requirements
- Implementing and monitoring adherence to HSSEQ management system at the Warehouse. Monitor/report performance against targets to ensure constant safety and security of all staff, contractors and company property.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and facilities and implement short/long term asset integrity check/maintenance plans
- Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaborative success.
- Provide the first level of troubleshooting response for any failure to avoid any disruption of the supply to the customer and implementing corrective actions to maintain seamless operations
- Implement and maintain ISO9001 requirements linked to warehouse activities (distribution & storage)
- Preparing and managing the warehouse budget, continuously monitoring operational costs and monthly reporting
- Ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with local regulations and organizational policies.
- Leading a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and development to enhance performance and support career growth.
- A master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or engineering degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in the oil, gas, or energy sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HSSEQ regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
