Position Title: Senior Maintenance Planner (Expat)Employment Type: ExpatriateDuration and Roster: 1 Year / 8/4Shift: day shift (6/1: 6 days working/week; 1 days off)Scope of Work: The Senior Maintenance Planner, under the direction of the Reliability Superintendent, is a highly skilled and strategic professional. This role involves leading the implementation of a new maintenance strategy within the organization's CMMS/EAM system. It requires a deep understanding of maintenance planning, resource optimization, and system configuration to align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will analyze existing maintenance data and resources (activities, personnel, parts, due dates, and documentation) to optimize them for a proactive, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance program.Key Responsibilities:

Translate maintenance strategies (e.g., RCM, FMEA) into actionable plans within the CMMS/EAM.
Configure and maintain job plans, PM schedules, asset hierarchies, and workflows.
Analyze current maintenance activities, workforce allocation, spare parts usage, and documentation.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to optimize resource utilization.
Align maintenance plans with asset criticality and operational priorities.
Develop and maintain long-term and short-term maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of work.
Ensure data integrity and completeness in the CMMS/EAM.
Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as schedule compliance, backlog, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes.
Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on CMMS/EAM usage and best practices.
Analyze current maintenance planning and execution costs, including labor, materials, downtime, and administrative overhead.
Develop cost models to forecast expected savings and efficiency gains from new strategy implementation.
Compare baseline (current state) vs. future state (post-implementation) costs to support ROI analysis and business case development.
Present findings through reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements for Skills/Experience (Qualification/Technical):

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in asset-intensive industries.
Proven experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Oracle eAM).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Knowledge of maintenance strategies such as RCM, TPM, and predictive maintenance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with digital transformation or CMMS/EAM implementation projects.
