- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Offer comprehensive health, safety, and emergency support services for all employees, significantly reducing health and safety risks.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Liaise with facility management vendors
- Process invoices, purchase orders and ensure that all items are paid on time
- Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues
- Provide general support to visitors- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory
