We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will be instrumental in implementing and driving a robust, forward-thinking security and resilience framework aligned with our Group's strategic roadmap.ðŸ'¤ Your mission
As CISO, you will:
Lead the definition and implementation of the entity’s information security and resilience programs.
Manage and mentor a dedicated team of analysts.
Drive the execution of the Group’s Information Security Roadmap.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, international standards, and internal policies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally, including regulators and auditors.
Build a culture of awareness and continuous improvement around cyber risks and resilience.🧠Your profile
Graduate of an engineering school, business school or university (Master’s or MBA), with a specialization in Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
6+ years of experience in information systems audit, risk management, or security; 4+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluent in French and English. A third local language is a plus.
Proven expertise in implementing and testing complex security scenarios, and building recovery-ready environments.📈 What’s at stake?
