- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to the executive team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, customers, and partners.
- Represent the company in industry associations and forums.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Implement effective crisis management and business continuity plans.
1.Revenue Growth: Achieve a year-over-year revenue growth of at least 10%.
2.Profitability: Maintain an EBITDA margin compared to previous year.
3.Operational Efficiency: Reduce operating costs by 5% within the first year by Optimising existing power supply on sites and installing/restoring RMS for 100% of their sites.
4.Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
5.Tower Site Expansion: Increase the number of tower sites by 20% annually.
6.Employee Engagement: Maintain an employee engagement score of 85% or higher.
7.Stakeholder Relationships: Strengthen relationships with government agencies and key industry stakeholders. Implement strategy to increase volume with current MNOs and face competition.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the telecommunications or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications tower business, local regulations, and market dynamics in Madagascar.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and drive organizational change.
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
