You’ll use a proactive approach, based on centralized planning and decentralized work execution. You will lead Diesel Engine Mechanic teams to accomplish all aspects Maintenance tasks; including the tests once the job done.Required skills:

You have a good level of French and working knowledge of English;
With ability of coaching, monitoring of a team;
You have an advanced knowledge of failure analysis, tooling and repairs;
Having 5 years’ experience in Power Generation and Distribution System;
You have solid experience in supervisory roles, in operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators field;
Familiar with Microsoft office Suite of products, and Maintenance Management Systems like Oracle, Ellipse, Pronto, MIMS, SAP…;
A MAN DIESEL and/or CATERPILLAR Generators Certificate is an asset;
Holder of Masters’ degree in Diesel Mechanic or equivalent;
You have a driving license, category B.
