- The primary mission of the Data Analyst is to leverage data to drive continuous improvement across the Global Customer Support department, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Assist and guide teams in data quality and process improvement.
- Implement tools and techniques for data organization and interpretation.
- Execute key performance metrics and automate standard reports.
- Identify new trends through data analysis and provide recommendations.
- Monitor team performances and prepare detailed reports.
- Detect discrepancies in proactive monitoring activities and propose action plans.
- Produce and analyze CSAT reports, addressing any negative feedback.
- Propose optimized methods and automate reporting tools.
- Engage in continuous self-development and skill enhancement.
- Required Skills:
- Bilingual - English & French, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau, with coding skills in Visual Basic or VB.NET.
- Familiarity with SQL and mySQL, along with strong data analysis abilities.
- Experience in creating statistical models from data is advantageous.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams, showing initiative.
- Capability to build relationships at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation tools and methodologies would be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or statistics software is appreciated.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is necessary.
- ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years in the IT-related sector is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
